Breakfast is the toughest meal to crack when ‘going clean’.
Eggs / meat and nuts / avocado are the ideal world perfect replacement to cereals and toast.
High Protein and healthy fats provide the kick start to your metabolism and energy that your body needs at the beginning of the day.
The only downside is that it can take a bit of time (probably around 10 minutes on average) to prepare and cook. I am reliably informed that finding an extra 10 minutes in the morning is not as easy as it sounds!
So with this in mind I’ve put this short video together showing you how you can get at least 27g of protein, your healthy fats and a ton of green veggies for breckie in just 30 seconds!!
