1. What’s the most inspiring member story from your location and why?

Most inspiring story can’t be just one but I have few ladies who are over 60s and they had health issues and the fact that they can go to the gym and they are really trying hard, they have good results too . It’s very inspiring for the fact they don’t feel too old to start again and make the changes. Cant write or choose one story , I respect all of them and they all important so can’t choose one.

2. What’s your team’s secret to keeping motivation high, even on rainy days?

Knowing we will feel so much better afterwards, we show up together and we don’t want to miss the same faces from the session.

3. What’s a unique fitness or food tip that your coaches swear by?

Definitely helping them to find the balance, and don’t be more afraid of carbs than eating animal fat.

4. What’s the funniest/strangest thing that’s ever happened in a session?

Not only one but I have a list of few from the ladies.

5. What is the ladies favourite session in the week?

Mostly all but could say Mondays core and cardio, Saturdays and some like upper body workout but me personally I like a leg workout.
