1. What’s the most inspiring member story from your location and why?

One of our ladies got diagnosed with breast cancer, she said if it wasn’t for joining us and the changes in her body she may not have noticed it and caught it when she did. I love the different elements to our studio, its not just about losing weight.

2. What’s your team’s secret to keeping motivation high, even on rainy days?

We bring the laughs to EVERY session. Laughter is infectious.

3. What’s a unique fitness or food tip that your coaches swear by?

With food choices think its easy to put on but 10x harder to come off.

4. What’s the funniest/strangest thing that’s ever happened in a session?

Better out than in in pilates!!

5. What is the ladies favourite session in the week?

Full body blitz, core & cardio.
