1. What’s the most inspiring member story from your location and why?

Most of our members have an imspiring story . We have ladies who have returned to reclaim their health after cancer treatment or have significant health issues which they refuse to let stop them . Ladies who have lost one or more close family members who still exercise regularly and reach their weight loss goals despite having tough life events going on. Ladies who have lost up to 5 / 6 stone by being on the programme. Ladies battling mental health issues. The ladies who have the most going are always there to support and cheer other ladies on… all inspiring

2. What’s your team’s secret to keeping motivation high, even on rainy days?

Positive energy from amazing coaching team and fun workouts . Lead coach support and creating a community to get through those rainy days, setting goals together, celebrating milestones. Lots and lots of laughs in every class.

3. What’s a unique fitness or food tip that your coaches swear by?

Water water water is the magic key for weight loss . Our well known phrase “ Never miss a Monday !” for fitness.

4. What’s the funniest/strangest thing that’s ever happened in a session?

Coaches fancy dress always funny – enormous pumpkin costume , full furry Easter bunny , even full itchy Welsh costume for St David’s Day . A member arrived in full Santa costume with sleigh bells and handed out gifts unannounced and no one could guess who she was ! Always lots of laughter in class and sometimes the odd flash from a wardrobe malfunction.

5. What is the ladies favourite session in the week?

Favourite sessions are definitely Dance with Coach Sharon, Boxing with Coach Hels and Saturday morning full body blast surprise workouts with Coach Shelley.
