1. What’s the most inspiring member story from your location and why?

Debbie Lane – Over 4 years has lost 9 stone, dropped from Size 26 to 14 and no longer diabetic.

2. What’s your team’s secret to keeping motivation high, even on rainy days?

Our secret to motivation is our recognition no matter how small or big, our friendly weekly weigh-in chats and accountability.

3. What’s a unique fitness or food tip that your coaches swear by?

Best fitness tip is just showing up even on bad days – you’ll come out feeling great and in a better frame of mind.

4. What’s the funniest/strangest thing that’s ever happened in a session?

The time the trainer turned up to take class in full Snowman outfit (see video above).

5. What is the ladies favourite session in the week?

Favourite class is Thursday Bootcamps with the battle ropes and TRX straps.
