Fun facts

1. What’s the most inspiring member story from your location and why?

Too many to choose from but its always the ladies who have turned things around despite the odds stacked against them, weight loss, overcoming cancer and strokes, and relationship breakdowns are the most inspirational.

2. What’s your team’s secret to keeping motivation high, even on rainy days?

Being a bit silly and making things in the session fun. Girls just wanna have fun ;-).

3. What’s a unique fitness or food tip that your coaches swear by?

Avoid depending on junk foods like bread.

4. What’s the funniest/strangest thing that’s ever happened in a session?

A lady who was looking for the breast screening clinic, turned up and sat through 20 minutes of an induction before she said “Is this for the breast screening clinic?”.

5. What is the ladies favourite session in the week?

Again hard to choose as our instructors are all brilliant either Dance with Sharon, Core and Cardio with Helen, or Strength with Shelley.
