1. What’s the most inspiring member story from your location and why?

Jackie who has to use a cane to walk loves our classes because we can adapt to her needs. Trish and Chelsea have been able to do back to back sessions to up their game. Emma went back before she went forward and is now one of our biggest losers

2. What’s your team’s secret to keeping motivation high, even on rainy days?

We have a ‘no such thing as over sharing’ policy, so if it’s not a good day, share with the group on arrival and have an instant network of support and experience to help you through.

3. What’s a unique fitness or food tip that your coaches swear by?

If you are happy and calm, you can achieve your best. Learn to maximise wins and minimise the bad days

4. What’s the funniest/strangest thing that’s ever happened in a session?

We have ghosts that play with the music and scales

5. What is the ladies favourite session in the week?

Depends on the body part they hate most!
