1. What’s the most inspiring member story from your location and why?

I cannot pick one, the ladies are all inspiring to me and one another!

2. What’s your team’s secret to keeping motivation high, even on rainy days?

We are quite active in group chats on checking in with our ladies and keep spirits high by setting class challenges, giving lots of accountability and offering 1-2-1 support sessions if you are needing help.

3. What’s a unique fitness or food tip that your coaches swear by?

Eat Carbs! They are a good source of fuel for your workouts and generally us ladies try to avoid them but for women over 30 we really need them to help combat fatigue.

4. What’s the funniest/strangest thing that’s ever happened in a session?

It has to be the time I wrote a session plan for the Ski erg & Rower for the timer for everybody else and the class was not so busy so I ended up doing all of the timers! Ladies loved it! Me not so.

5. What is the ladies favourite session in the week?

Core & Cardio!
