1. What’s the most inspiring member story from your location and why?

Vics is our most inspiring member story who joined us in the very first week, over 12 months dropped from a size 18 to size 12 and most importantly maintained this still today. 12 months ago Vics embarked on her training & qualified as a personal trainer in March and now coaches at Fitter Body Ladies inspiring others as she was inspired..

2. What’s your team’s secret to keeping motivation high, even on rainy days?

High energy with music loud, beats fast and lots of giggles often with a few notes belted out as they go around the circuits.

3. What’s a unique fitness or food tip that your coaches swear by?

Oohh definitely our plate method – works for everyone.

4. What’s the funniest/strangest thing that’s ever happened in a session?

Our pub crawl bank holiday session is loved with the disco pub an absolute favourite for everyone.

5. What is the ladies favourite session in the week?

Our Monday core & cardio is a favourite.
