This exercise is used a lot in our sessions at our ladies only bootcamp in Northampton as, when done properly helps to burn fat and get a more toned look at the same time – especially when you start to push yourself as well with regards to number of reps and weight used.

This is a quick demonstration with a 20kg kettlebell:
