Firstly well done on your achievements so far at Fitterbody Bootcamp.
Tell me something about yourself that our Ladies won’t know:
I am a mother of 3 kids who keep me on my toes. I have become a quiet person since gaining a lot of weight throughout my pregnancies but slowly getting there and slowly getting back to my old self.
You are looking amazing, tell us about your goals and achievements so far:
At the moment I am working with you guys at Bootcamp on a 4 week goal. This 4 week goal is to be 86 kilos by the 11th July. Happy to have already reached my first and second goals.
The big goal at the moment is to reach 80 kilos by August.
When I returned back to Bootcamp after my third pregnancy I weighed 103 kilos. I took me a good few months to get mentally set but now I’m on the right path.
What is it that you enjoy most about Bootcamp?
For me Bootcamp is me time. I rarely get a chance to do something for me. It helped me loose weight before and I know it will do again as it already is.
I get to meet so many supportive ladies at each session and the team are very supportive too….
It’s not like going to a gym but more of a Sharran time.
How much better do you feel about yourself?
I do feel a lot better. When you loose yourself you become alone and sad and it can feel like there is no one who can help you. But my weight is now coming down and I am happier in myself. Still a long way to go but I am on the way.
What’s next for you?
My main objective is to be a healthy size 10 – 12 but more importantly healthier and happier.
My children like the happy fun mum so mummy is happy. I could never have achieved any of this impossible dream without Bootcamp and the ladies who I get to meet each session.
Sharran is fabulous to have in class, she always gives 100% , always has a smile on her face 🙂 and is an inspiration to us all. I hope you have enjoyed her story.
