Personal Trainer Northampton – Leg Session Example


This is an example of one of our leg session workouts that we planned recently.

It’s pretty ‘no frills’ but does demonstrate how we design our workouts to cater for all levels of fitness.

We have only ever done this workout once as we change the workouts every day, to stop our members getting bored, but it certainly gives a good example.
