I get a lot of questions from our members like
“Can I eat …….”
“Can I drink……”
“Do I have to …….”
Whenever a question starts like this my reply is always the same.
“You don’t have to do anything”
I am not in the game of saying that you ‘can’t eat certain foods”
Here’s why…….
The moment that someone tells me that I HAVE to do something or CAN’T do something
my defences automatically come up – sometimes without me even realising.
– and I want to rebel.
– if anything I will go out of my way to prove that I CAN do what they tell me I can’t!!!
LONG TERM Success [and enjoyment] only comes about by doing what you WANT to do.
Sure, I will always share the lessons I have learnt.
The things that I know work.
The hacks and tricks to finally get into the shape of your life.
BUT I will never tell anyone that they HAVE to do something.
Which is why it’s so important to take some time figuring out why you want
to lose weight / tone up / become healthier / and then enjoy the process.
But only do it if you really WANT to and are ready to.
Don’t do it because someone else is telling you to.
