Bootcamp in Northampton – Core and Cardio

 

Sometimes a quick video can demonstrate the sort of stuff that we do in our sessions better than any explanation over the phone or on the website.

So here is another short (22 seconds!) quick snippet of one of our core and cardio sessions. The room was split into 2 with one half doing floor work strengthening their core whilst the others were practising their controlled Kettlebell swings as their cardio. Beginners were able to complete this by using lighter weight – 2kg-4kg kettlebells while the more experienced ladies were using 12kg-16kg.
