We have options ranging from £2 daily - £3.30 daily so the best thing to do is get in touch to see what option works best for you. 

We currently have locations in Northampton, Milton Keynes, Wellingborough, Wakefield & Basildon. 

We train to have fun AND produce results so our sessions last anywhere from 30mins up to 60mins at a time. 

Honestly? The more UNFIT you are the BETTER. Why I say this is because you stand to gain more at a faster rate the more unfit you are. That said, we personalise the groups to everyone so you don't need to worry about getting left behind or being "at the  back of the class" - we won't let that happen to you!
