1. What’s the most inspiring member story from your location and why?

We have absolutely hundreds of inspiring stories but two that stand out are Elaine losing 10 stone and Alison having fibromyalgia and using exercise and diet she helped improve the symptoms.

2. What’s your team’s secret to keeping motivation high, even on rainy days?

Energy from the coaches, inspirational stories and lots of laughter in great sessions.

3. What’s a unique fitness or food tip that your coaches swear by?

Carbs are your best friend, you wont have the energy to lose weight and get stronger if you don’t eat your carbs. Just eat them in moderation.

4. What’s the funniest/strangest thing that’s ever happened in a session?

There is a dog grooming parlour next door to us and one time in a session there was a dog run through the middle of the room wanting to play with everyone. It was so funny.

5. What is the ladies favourite session in the week?

Cardio blast, everyone seems to love this. I guess everyone knows that this is one of the best sessions for losing weight and it gives that amazing feeling after.
