1. What’s the most inspiring member story from your location and why?

Leanne is our most inspiring member story who joined us in the very first week, over 18 months dropped from a size 24 – 12 and most importantly maintained this still today. 2 years ago Leanne embarked on her training & qualified as a personal trainer and is now head coach in Kettering inspiring others as she was inspired.

2. What’s your team’s secret to keeping motivation high, even on rainy days?

High energy with 80’s music and lots of giggles.

3. What’s a unique fitness or food tip that your coaches swear by?

Oohh definitely our plate method – works for everyone.

4. What’s the funniest/strangest thing that’s ever happened in a session?

Leanne’s Saturday morning games sessions are always funny – this week it was plank head football.

5. What is the ladies favourite session in the week?

Our Monday core & cardio is a favourite.
